Warranty Conditions:

Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period, expecially on batteries.

Please noted battery warranty is limited to original purchaser only and non transferable.

 

Returns-

Thank you for shopping at sunnytech. We are happy to provide a full refund, store credit or exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Please note Battery is DG item cannot be returned.

Please send us email at sales@sunnytechsolar.co.nz  with your receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address: 11 Old Wairoa Road, Papakura, Auckland 2110. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

 

Refund-

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will  notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

 

Repair or replace-

We will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable.

Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to us. In return SUNNY TECH is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
